      I have nothing positive to say about Busey bank.

      Cons

      They cut costs at every opportunity including employees. The benefits are the worst. Expect to pay out of pocket for everything up until the very large deductible. In other words, you have no health insurance.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
