      - Free drinks on a Friday - Christmas parties

      Cons

      - Upper management replaced the entire software team for a particular product offering (~50 years experience total) with cheaper foreign workers, citing it a "strategic decision". We had just spent 6 months building an entire automated testing suite for the product. The kicker? We had to train our replacements! - The sales team were situated at the front of the huge open plan working area, opening champagne when they made sales. They placed the software team right at the back of the office in their own little space. There was no contact between departments.
