Pros

Hospitality at it's truest description. We are here to be of service; it gives our day's purpose and meaning. We get to feel, see and be told directly from those whom we impact daily how much we mean to them. Spend 5 minutes with me and I'll have you just as excited to show up for your dream job.

Cons

Different for everyone across the company and that's a beautiful thing. It means there are no cookie cutter problems everyone is facing, each problem is unique to you, your location and allows for the ability to use creative decision making.

Pros

I've worked with the Compass family of companies for over 30 years, and plan to work here until retirement...what else could I possibly say!

Cons

No organization is perfect, but the only cons I would bring up would be viewed as petty and irrelevant in the grand scheme of employment.
