Pros

Close if you live in the Carmel/Westfield Area, Decent Starting pay, Fitness Promoting, Nice employees, Mike Heard is awesome.

Cons

Very VERY Political environment. Promotion and advancement based off superficial and popularity reasons. Meaning, If you are really good at your job, and supervisors like you, good luck getting out of the call center. If you are not so popular and fun loving but you get your numbers hit, you will move out of the call center because no one wants to deal with you. On top of this, there is literally no room for growth. You can apply for a claims position or another one of the call centers, but all the other positions there is no way. Once you get into the call center, be prepared to receive several micro-managed emails. Supervisors, Management, and leads seem to use sneak tactics to lead instead of using the direct approach. Do not be surprised if a lead asks you to spy on a fellow employee and report what they are currently doing at their desk. Beware of going over your break time. You are allotted 10 scheduled minutes for break aside from you lunch. If you take any additional break time, regardless if it was an emergency or not, expect that email in the morning. Lack of morale. Quality goals are unclear. You must hit a 94% quality, yet, not only is this monthly 94% goal under speculation, but is determined by inconsistent auditing. If you ever have an audit dispute, you will not hear anything about it until the month is over IF they get back to you and then your supervisor will hit you with the whole "Well, this score wouldn't have helped you make goal anyways." Reply. Over all It was time to move on from a company of this nature.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Gave my job to indians twice. Also given very short notice about being absorbed by another company that did not have jobs for all affected.
