Pros

There are no pros at this sad little company.

Cons

Terrible management. Stab you in the back attitude after they are done using you for your skills. STAY AWAY. Low pay, unreasonable non-compete agreements, poor communication, no work-life balance.

Pros

Appropriate as a stepping-stone job/resume builder Scheduling can be flexible

Cons

Very poorly organized and inefficient across the board. The clinical documentation system is unprofessional and problematic, and job-specific training is incredibly lacking. The benefits are not especially good. Communication from management is also very poor. Supplies/field gear are not good quality or user-friendly.
