I gained great experiences working with the children!

Cons

- 3 month unpaid internship; then minimum wage working 40+ hours a week from 7:45am - 5pm. No overtime pay. - It's a competitive environment. Practice Associates tried to constantly one-up each other to supervisors to "look good" - Management preys on the vulnerability of employees by utilizing their superiority - Placed on multiple projects and tasks with varied supervisors; they expect you to juggle it all at once, but they lack communication with each other - High turnover in the company, high-stress environment - Severe lack of respect between management-employee relationships

Do not work here. The CEO is awful and makes you feel so welcome when you first start, but then will fire you and care less once they don't need you. You would think there would be some sympathy, but there is none. They don't care. You are just a worker at the end.
