      -Supportive coworkers -Consistent access to CEUs and learning experiences outside of sessions -Fun company events -Multidisciplinary approach so get to experience co-treatment sessions and lots of collaboration -Manageable caseload -Supportive and understanding leadership

      Pros

      - Ethical practices for learners and staff - Positive and collaborative community atmosphere. - Good work life balance with the ability to choose your own availability! - NO OCURRENCES or penalties for being sick!! - Great communication with center director and clinic leads. - Great SLP, OT, PT and BCBA support. - Well rounded training that prepares new staff for work! It does not feel as if you are thrown into the fire.

      Cons

      - Less than 40 hours availability will not guarantee administrative time when not working directly with learners.
