Pros
A great place if you need something to get by. There is free popcorn in the break room and a comfy couch when you need a break. Decent discount if you are a fan of the outdoors most of your pay check may just go back to Cabela's. Remember this is retail and there are chances to move up if you enjoy selling credit cards, working weekends, and holidays.
Cons
Not a place to build a career. A great deal a lot of funds have been taken away from the store so there is little incentive to exceed standards or performance. There is a lack of positivity and fun environment in a place that sells fun. Cabela's is going to to become an outdoor themed Walmart in the next few years because they are searching to please stock holders not customers or employees.
