Good size classroom and ratios were kept Usually had art supplies we needed

Cons

I reported abuse and it got swept under the rug. I was told to be quiet about it and not say anything to anyone about it. The director was a bully and only cared about numbers not the kids or employees.

Pros

Great families, children and staff excluding management are the only reasons to work for this corporation.

Cons

If you want to work in childcare you are better off with other companies. This company is top heavy with management. The teachers are paid very little, in fact less than other corporation based childcare facilities. Money is all important to this company, above the needs of the families, children and certainly the teachers. Don't expect to be reimbursed your expenses for class materials. In fact don't expect to get much at all to help with resources needed to run a quality program for your kids. Most of the employees at my school got a 5 cent annual raise. If you need to make above a poverty wage and want to have respect do not work here.
