Pros

I don't know how I even survived 3 years. Training was above average and thorough so I was first impressed with the company. Then reality set in pretty quickly. Some nice coworkers. I've had some pretty talented managers over the years and I can't get them to stay. Can't hire minors so staffing stores on the weekends and evenings nearly impossible. It's hard to stay on pros here it keeps making me think of cons.

Cons

Upper management became progressively worse in the last few years. Then, suddenly, when I thought it couldn't get any worse they hire a few that are even more condescending and full of lies. As soon as I find another job I will be gone.

Pros

Wonderful HR department. Aflac/Life Insurance available a great rates. Dunkins corp. offers online training (DDU) for all job titles - crew through RM. Universal standards taught, just add common sense.

Cons

Cafua's business model is focused on rapid growth by purchasing more locations while allowing their existing stores to run only marginally well. They don't invest time, money or effort into bringing each location up to a standard of excellence. Regional managers and multi-unit focus all their effort and resources on the district/store with the highest sales volume regardless of performance rather than ensuring that every location has the support needed. No work/home balance. Managers Salaries are quite low when compared to base pay rate for crew members. A Restaurant Manager only earns 14.50 to 15.75 based on a 48hr week. Crew members start at 11.00/hr and quickly out earn managers with 12 hours of OT.
