Dysfunctional Upper Management and Office Support - District - Multi Unit Manager Cafua Management Employee Review

I don't know how I even survived 3 years. Training was above average and thorough so I was first impressed with the company. Then reality set in pretty quickly. Some nice coworkers. I've had some pretty talented managers over the years and I can't get them to stay. Can't hire minors so staffing stores on the weekends and evenings nearly impossible. It's hard to stay on pros here it keeps making me think of cons.
