Hate those who get it done

ESOP, relationship to Emerson, Fisher product line

Cons

Claim open door, but it's not true. People leave the company and then are rehired and get raises! When the rest of us suffer through paycuts and are beatup by leadership. Those who get it done and care, get no recognition other than what you are doing is not enough.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time here at Caltrol. Often time when we bring an former employee back it is because they have a unique skill set that will help us succeed and grow. When unfortunately we do have to let people go please know that we always look for another position in the company where there skills would be a fit.

Very bad frontline management. Terrible training and onboarding practices. Managers don’t care about employees, at all.

As an employee owned organization, it is important that we, the employees, drive the success of all of our practices. While I respect your perspective about Caltrol's managers, I disagree that they do not care about employees. We are all in this together.
