Great benefits, use of primary care clinics.

Cons

Two years ago I loved working at this company, but over the past year morale has plummeted to an all-time low. Rumor mills and favoritism drive the overwhelmingly toxic corporate culture at CareATC. Senior leadership leans heavily on scare tactics to manage their teams, leading to an environment in which no one feels safe and the need to watch your back interferes with quality of work done. Members of management are more akin to authoritarian figures than good leaders and personal interests tend to take precedent over actual client work. There are such good people here, but they are routinely hushed, disciplined, and cast aside.

Benefit of utilizing the company primary care clinics.

Cons

When I began working at CareATC I really believed in the product and culture they were cultivating. That was short lived. Over the past 1.5 years there has been a rapid decline in morale within the company. They DO NOT care about their employees and it is all a political game for corporate ladder gain. For anyone looking at a serious career path and to be respected by your employer, steer clear.

Was paid overtime when work applied.

Cons

Pushed employees to work beyond a healthy work/life balance, and encouraged me to come in to work when sick so that a never-ending pile of work would be completed. In efforts to work more and harder, lunch was quick, unhealthy and always consumed hunched over my desk. Taking vacation days (or sick days) was looked down upon and came with judgement. Absolutely no care for you as an individual and an overall toxic work environment.
