Two years ago I loved working at this company, but over the past year morale has plummeted to an all-time low. Rumor mills and favoritism drive the overwhelmingly toxic corporate culture at CareATC. Senior leadership leans heavily on scare tactics to manage their teams, leading to an environment in which no one feels safe and the need to watch your back interferes with quality of work done. Members of management are more akin to authoritarian figures than good leaders and personal interests tend to take precedent over actual client work. There are such good people here, but they are routinely hushed, disciplined, and cast aside.
