Pros

Literally nothing. Micro management to the extreme.

Most of these so called good reviews are forced. They even tell you in training to give a good review. But once you actually start doing the job. Trust me your review will change. 1st off systems outdated you have to provision your phone everyday before work or it will not work. Than it takes 15 minutes for all systems to pull up so that you can work. 2nd each call is suppose to last 11 mins not possible (it's a set up) cause in order to get your bonus your average call handle needs to be low. 3rd they don't like to help you, you are directed to use the DLP which is process flows to help with calls. Sad part is,it's over 600 pages lol. Calls are back to back no time to breath in between calls. No acw is allowed if you are not allowed to use it unless you have to call a caller back if the call gets disconnected. But that count against you if that happens. And if a call drop and you don't attempt to call back you fail the call. Most calls on a average are stressful and long. Just apply at your own risk. There is no room for growth. Most of the leads hate there position. This company will take a toll on your mental.

Pros

Fat bonus and a nice salary. Nice until I figured out why!

Cons

I was lied to from the hiring process to the day I left. This place is out to exploit your established relationships and then discard you. Every action you take is second-guessed. Maligning others behind their backs is rampant. No good deed to a co-worker goes unpunished by management. The biggest mistake I made in my successful career was to leave an established position to join this company.

Pros

Few smart people but they are burnt our.

Cons

Works you to death This company allows you to work from home but it benefits them. Its not a perk to the employees. The expectations is that you work 10 hour days. Meeting after 5 PM, meetings at 8 am. Forget lunch. No such thing at that company. People are so burnt out they are leaving. They hire offshore consultants to make their investors money. Consults get to work 6-8 hours and then they get to go home. The employees have to pickup the slack ro complete stuff. Releases are planned on weekends...you are expected to work give up your person/family time but they don’t compensate for your time. Again working a lot of hours a week.
