Used to be a ton of autonomy but that's being increasingly replaced by micromanagement. I was there for a long time and was never sure who my direct supervisor was. If I made a mistake I'd hear about it from 3-5 people in the office. Non clinical staff provide feedback on clinical issues. New hires without a background in home health promised training that doesn't exist. During orientation you will be lucky to get 20 hours per week for the first 2 months. After that, you may work 60 hours one week and then only 20 for a month. No job security. WORST benefits I've ever encountered in healthcare. No $ for license renewal or CEUs. You have to use your PTO for holidays and don't get holiday pay for working holidays. pay per visit is awful if census is low. Don't recommend for anyone with a mortgage to pay.
