Pros

Pay was hourly and better than most other companies

Cons

Very strict. Pretend to care about the drivers but care more about their own needs. Can be reprimanded for anything at the slightest. Will change company policy to justify company actions/decisions. No incentives or safety bonus structure to work towards. No real reason to enjoy coming to work. Poor management. Does not communicate with employee's. A real do what your told attitude.

I loved everything about working for caseys

Cons

Can not think of anything, besides lost my job becaise i lost a parent while working there and got fired for not showig the day they past awayI reapplied after losing a parent and I was hired back signed offer letter had a start date then the manager text me and said she was fully staffed but the job is still posted online and asst manager said they are looking for help
