      Like many other recruitment positions, recruiting roles require a period of learning and development. Although, the leadership and management teams provide exceptional support to facilitate professional growth and accelerate proficiency in all aspects of the position.

      Pros

      Good commission if you work extra hours to make it. Laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      No room for promotions. What you see is what you get. Base salary is so low you’re forced to work overtime to get good commissions. Company culture is a bit overkill, trying so hard to be cool that they forgot the importance of decent benefits, 401k contributions, etc. Good job for someone fresh out of college with no direct career path who isn’t looking to retire anytime soon.

      Cell staff is a great company to work for the pay is great… My recruiter Nikki Steele was and is always available for me … it’s good to work for a company that has your back!!!
