      Pros

      It’s similar to most AV integration companies.

      Cons

      Put in 20 years of my life and was let go without even a thank you. Not a penny severance or even a day of insurance extension. In the middle of a global pandemic they let me go with nothing. If I got sick, good luck

      Not a good culture. Certain sales people bulldoze everyone to get their way even if it means throwing any and all processes and values in the trash. Overall the CEO and President mean well and are trying. But they are very poor judge of people. Those they have chosen to lead in management and director roles range from inept to nasty. They do not listen and have little respect for those they direct. There are some exceptions but not many

      Good work / life balance.

      Cons

      -HR dept. is extremely lacking and nearly useless -Company grew too fast leading to incessant growing pains/ Lack of resources -Middle and Upper management simply do not care about employee growth ; employees seen as expendable -Poor communication between depts. Employee onboarding process was horrible and insufficient.
