Great People, Good Culture

Pros

Company puts a high value on hiring people who share core values. The vast majority of my interactions with other employees across multiple departments has been positive. Multiple pay increases in the last year to maintain competitive compensation within industry.

Cons

Opportunities are currently limited in the Indianapolis market due to most departments operating exclusively out of corporate office in NW Indiana. Employee experiences can be inconsistent due to poor management of some locations.

Everyone says Centier is the BEST place to work... WRONG!! The branch I was in was horrible. They had cliques and if you didn’t fit in they will make your work day miserable! Everything you do wrong it was documented, and I mean EVERYTHING! It was like being in high school again and trying to fit in at a new school. Even some trainers would make it known they were not a fan of you. I guess the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, I learned the hard way... good luck
