      Pros

      Company puts a high value on hiring people who share core values. The vast majority of my interactions with other employees across multiple departments has been positive. Multiple pay increases in the last year to maintain competitive compensation within industry.

      Cons

      Opportunities are currently limited in the Indianapolis market due to most departments operating exclusively out of corporate office in NW Indiana. Employee experiences can be inconsistent due to poor management of some locations.

      Centier Bank is a welcoming place with a supportive culture. There are opportunities for learning and growth, and leadership truly invests in employee development. Great benefits and great people to work with!

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
