Pros

Great benefits, union position, not bad pay. As far as the job itself, i greatly enjoyed it and have great joy from being able to help people.

Cons

Poor training, certain employees that have been there for a long time treat the new people like they are idiots, talk down to them and seem to have no boundaries as far as how they openly speak about and towards them, very unprofessional. The long time employees also seem to think they are untouchable and can (and do) get away with anything. Management is easy to talk to but does absolutly nothing about the tons of complaints from clients and other employees about the long time employees behavior.

Pros

Benefits package is pretty good. In the last few years they have done well to increase wages to compete with the market.

Cons

For an organization that works so hard to take care of community members, they don't really care about their employees. Not enough staff, everyone is burnt out. Management doesn't have time to put in. Leadership keeps pushing new projects and changes. CCC keeps buying properties. HR issues handled poorly.
