Pros

There are some excellent staff who work on the floor

Cons

The CEO of the company also owns another company; client referrals for census come in from this company. Also, therapists who work at CBH also work at this other company. One of the directors is more concerned about telling on others, applying her make up and what she looks like than promoting programs and cohesiveness in the community; if she doesn't like you she will get you fired. Executive management bash one another behind closed doors ( or will directly to your face depending on their mood). Other staff and clinicians are often brought into the problems. Therapists carry heavy case loads and expected to stay until the job is done Things aren't fixed for clients when needed on the units; maintenance is over worked and things are left for months even after several requests are made and written. Intake department doesn't assess properly for patient needs Program Directors are used and abused then slandered in meetings after running several units or helping after hours. Environment as a whole is so negative; if you read patient complaints on social media you will understand. When asking about what documentation is needed or not even corporate struggles to figure out the standards. There is no electronic record keeping.

Pros

the pay appears good but its not because you are working more hours than what your being paid for. Expect to work an at least 12 hours more per week if you are salaried. You do not have a life because they keep piling on the work and want it done in a short timeframe

Cons

work more hours than expected when hired, overwhelming amount of work which is difficult to finish in the time amount they want it done. I had to spend more 10-12 hours working when I was hired for 8 a day. The current worker there works more than 50 hours a week and shes hired to do 40. They are also behind on there system and they do not give you the support needed to accomplish tasks. They are very behind for a new hospital and very disorganized
