Pros

Best job in the golf industry. Sunday's off (unheard of), great chance to make good money by industry standards if you perform, plenty of room for advancement again if you perform.

Cons

Long hours, your garden variety difficult customer, never once had a lunch break...it can get that busy.

PUD on golf clubs, working with all the newest equipment, and the technology used to perform your job is good.

Cons

Underpaid, under appreciated, overworked, and a terrible work life balance

The only pro is the discount on equipment and seeing the latest industry trends.

Cons

Non-competitive pay, Mandatory Saturdays, terrible management, greedy business model more focused on repaying it’s private equity firm than building a trusting relationship with employees and clients.
