So sorry to hear this, but thank you for being candid! We've made several changes over the last several months to improve in these areas, but we are not 100% where we want to be (nor will we ever be as we believe in continuous improvement). Nonetheless, sincerely appreciate your feedback and we'll continue to do our very best to get better!
The management is awful, they micro manage everything and they don’t care about the employees or customers. They don’t care to grow locations, if you aren’t in the top 10 stores then you are nothing. The pay is awful as well, and the ability to move up in pay is super slow. This is a company you join just for the time being, no future
