Pros

The "Pros' are the workers. That's it. The below review that says the CEO talks to everyone? That's wrong....unless you sit outside his office where he passes you as he walks by. Oh yeah, they got a new vending system. Yay. HR solicits reviews from the new hires and interns....before they've really had time to see the true CM, so dont believe half of what they say.

Cons

The management. Corporate tells them what to think and say. They don't care about the people under them. You don't matter.

Pros

Good people that are the worker bees (although few are left)

Cons

Terrible management! Customer services dept is depressing. HR is non-existent, doesn't care and can't keep the few good people that were there. If you have an issue, AVOID HR! Morale is worsening by the day. What was once a good place to work has become a depressing environment. New building not conducive to employees ability to be productive. Micro management and fear mongering is common in all departments. Lazy management scapegoats the peeons to save face and get their raises. Merit increases are a joke unless your excom or a star child. Benefits are worse than ever and cost more.

Thank you for your comments. We are working through our growth and change and sometimes that is difficult. You have multiple avenues to express your concerns and opinions. We hope that you will take advantage of a venue that suits you such as: regional HR, your supervisor, any member of management, legal, or our Ethics Point hotline.

Pros

Location, compensation, SOME friendly people

Cons

From day 1, I felt like I was in an alternate reality. Horribly rigid and hostile environment. People constantly whispering to each other. Company is hard-coded in the past. Even an HR rep told me "the company is operated as if it is 1980 but the Senior Executives buy into it, so don't expect it to change ". Cannot count how many times I heard the words, "oh he/she is no longer here"... Hmmm I wonder why!! They say they want fresh ideas and perspectives, but they will not listen to a non-executive. Happier to be unemployed than work 1 more day there.
