Pros

Hybrid work model Flexible timings 10 k op benefits and 5L family health insurance. 12 days casual leave per year 12 days sick leave per year 12 days earned per year (it can be carry forwarded) 4 optional holiday and 10 mandatory festival holiday Quarterly team outing, year end gifts 🎁 and Diwali bonus. On time hikes and variable pay. No timesheet. No bench concept Dedicated slack channel for technical support, document and queries. Open door system leadership is easily approachable.

Cons

No onsite opportunity In some teams work pressure may be high but in general it is manageable. Mostly internal tools & onprem are prefered for devops which might be difficult for new joiners but they can gain expertise with the help of slack channel support teams. In some teams old employees try to hold dependencies on them but not all.
