Pros

Health, dental, vision, tuition assistance

Cons

Back to back call taking for $15/hour, cleaning up other employees messes with no help from supervisors, changed pay structure with commission to have a decelerator-so take money from your check, worked 2-11pm shift for 2 years, promises of shift change that never happened, 2 hour meetings everyday with the manager telling us we could get fired any day, robots are going to take our jobs, every meeting was- we aren’t doing good enough, top sellers commission got capped, no team mentality, no supervisor ever took a escalation call from me.
