HR department can be improved - There is scope for improvement in lot of areas. One major area is hiring of new talent. There are widespread complaints about people almost exactly matching the job profile not even being shortlisted for a technical round, and many shortlisted candidates are having vastly different skill-set not suitable for the job profile.
Ownership of more projects can be routed to India office - Although the quality of projects being undertaken in Indian office can be considered satisfactory, they are still heavily managed from the US offices. End-to-end ownership of projects isn't transferred, even though there are highly capable architects, managers and developers available in the Indian office.
Lack of Onsite opportunities - There is currently no options of a transfer to US offices, or even a temporary onsite posting for a few months, which is very disappointing.
