CRT as a whole is a downside. It is comprised of a President who happens to be the owners son in law. The core group is about 15 underlings that say nothing but yes. The rest of the 300ish employees are treated like subjects and not people.
There is horrendous micromanagement at all levels and the stress level is extremely high to the point where people freak out and leave. No matter what position you hold there is no such thing as two weeks notice. If you are to find another position like most people there do, expect to be walked out of the building within a couple of hours.
If you are single, 20 years old, and need to beef up the resume with some solid experience this is place to do that. You will work long hours, you will get mentally and verbally abused at will by a variety of people in a management role. However, it will help you get a better job. This isn't a career it is simply a job. They do push the career talk but dont be fooled. The ends in no way justify the means.
They push tuition reimbursement but the person you need to ok it never approves anyone and the qualifiers are so crazy that it is impossible to get any help. This place is capitalism central and you are well aware when people make mistakes but rarely aware when people are doing well.
Money is at the very top. Thats it. Honestly Ive never seen so many people in such a hurry to make someone else a millionaire. In the end the owner will sell and 300 or so people will be out of luck and without a clue.
