      Pros

      The people at CTG are wonderful - some of the best people I've worked with. They're smart, fun, and genuinely care about one another. I have total confidence in our executive leadership.

      Cons

      Benefits package could be stronger - but it has improved every year I've been here.

Our executives want employees to be excited about the work they perform and understand how they directly contribute to CTG’s success. Connecting to CTG in this way also leads to the happy, collaborative workforce you have the pleasure of working with. We appreciate that you called out the improvements to our benefits packages. Our Benefits team evaluates all the feedback they receive in order to improve our benefits offerings. We are very excited to report that our Benefits costs decreased for the third year in a row, resulting in a substantial cost savings to our employees. Thank you for being a positive force at CTG!

      A Surprised experience

      Pros

      CTG has 3 salary packages available when you get on board. I was surprised to find that they have a straight hourly salary(highest per hour), a paid vacation/holiday package, and a full benefit package for the employee to choose from. That was surprised in that I didn't expect to have benefits. There is also courses through CTG you can take online.. Manager is always available to answer any questions I have or will point me in the right direction for help. Its a great Company to get your feet wet in a different career opportunity. On boarding process was pretty seamless.

      lower salaries than I expected. no notice that the contract is up and was renewed.

      Terrible Benefits, No paid holidays, No sick time, No Vacation

      Pros

      They do most things through email, which is great if you're not a 'phone person'.

      Cons

      Benefits package is the worst I've seen (would cost me about 1/3 of my take-home pay to cover myself and my medical needs). You are basically paying out of pocket for everything so unless you are perfectly healthy, you are immediately thrown back under poverty line. Christmas... not paid, Thanksgiving... not paid, New Years... not paid You are forced to be out of work and not get paid. 401k, no matching No Vacation No sick time (unless you're located in a state that mandates it). You hear all about how well the company is doing and how they are expanding thanks to the money they make off of you. You are just a pawn to earn them money but don't expect the company to care about you. They get paid for every hour you work hard and offer absolutely nothing in return.

      Collaborative environment. Autonomy to get your job done, but "being busy" is not enough - results are what matters. This works for some, but is not a great fit for others. Remote work opportunities in most areas of the company. Great people and strong teams. A lot of employees with significant tenures speaks to the stability of many jobs at CTG - both billable and OH. Growing number of opportunities for new team members. Offer benefits packages for the individual, individual + spouse, or family for FT employees.

      Benefits packages could be stronger, but not all that different than those offered by other "like" companies. Opportunities for growth can be limited in some areas of the company and/or slow to achieve

Our extensive and diverse client network, as well as our diverse and growing number of overhead and support positions, allows us to map candidates’ distinct qualifications and individual desires to a multitude of open positions.
