Thank you for such an uplifting review. We’re incredibly grateful to hear that your experience over the past several months has been so positive. Building a supportive, encouraging environment where employees feel valued and able to maintain a healthy work life balance is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate your honest note about pay. Feedback like that is always important and helps guide ongoing conversations as the company continues to grow. Most of all, thank you for recognizing the teamwork, flexibility, and support you’ve received from leadership and your peers. Hearing that this has been your best call center experience means a lot to us. We’re excited to have you as part of the Connexus team and look forward to supporting your continued growth and success.

Pros

I get a paycheck is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

The reviews here are probably all from upper management and not from those that actually work the front lines (phones, emails & chat). I'm a supervisor and have been for over 7 years. My company (which I will not name but if you're in Florida or in upper management you know) was recently bought by Connexus Resource group and since they've taken over the changes have not benefit the employees in any way. The Health, Dental and Vision benefits are horrible. The PTO time and the way it can be accrued make absolutely no sense for any human that has a life outside of work. To accrue PTO time, you have to work over a month and a half to secure a day off and if you try to save your time you run the risk of losing your benefit time each year. And the BIGGEST thing to consider if you want to work here is they DO NOT pay for holidays, unless you work the holiday. So say goodbye to Thanksgiving and Christmas with your family if you want a full check for the week. In addition to all that I've already mentioned, they're response time to HR, IT and benefit requests is trash. The responses are canned and insulting when you are looking for help. I can only speak for the FL location, maybe their other offices are better. But from what I've seen so far-they do not care about their employees. I almost forgot-long as the days of bi-weekly checks with them as well. You are only paid on the 7th and the 22nd of every month. That means waiting 2 1/2 weeks sometimes to be paid, which can make it difficult with paying bills and budgeting. It's just sad all around.

Pros

Work from home, lots of voluntary time off opportunitirs.

Cons

Transphobic, ableist, liars, no communication and favoritism shown between team leads. Team leads do not follow the same rules as basic agents and you WILL be misinformed on how you're supposed to do things so they can ding you points and prevent you from hitting bonuses. Do not interact or be friendly with fellow agents, you will be singled out for it. Do not out perform or they will do everything they can to keep you from hitting your bonuses so they don't have to pay you what you're worth.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the work-from-home option and the availability of voluntary time off. We're deeply concerned about your reports of discrimination, misinformation, and favoritism. Your feedback is critical, and we will review these issues carefully to ensure a fair and respectful work environment for all employees.
