      Pros

      1) Top management is really supportive and transparent. 2) Good WLB. 3) Managers and work culture completely depends on which team you are in. For me, I am lucky I got amazing Managers who promoted great work culture. I suggest before joining try to get in touch with colleagues and get some insights. 4) Good amount of leaves 5) Flexible working policy with internet allowance. 6) Quarterly performance reviews.

      Cons

      1) Less scope for onsite opportunity. 2) Processes needs to be streamlined. 3) Core product teams gets more importance than other teams on many aspects. 4) Tech stack can be improved
