Pros
Ya make more there than most other service biz. For the first year and a half ya get several raises due to their par system. After which talking to management is how you would get raises.
Cons
Management tends to changes out regularly, it's very easy to get fired. There are very dead periods and then super charged peak periods, more than any other restaurant I've worked for. Workers tend to revolving door quickly. They are heading towards more of a skeleton crew format for boh, so sometimes it'll just be you and a semi trained manager on line.
