      You can rely on your colleagues at least.

      Cons

      Most employees of Custom Computer Specialists are obviously stressed and also unmotivated. Most of us here are underpaid, considering the brutal work hours and heavy workloads that we're given. The pay itself is not too far below the industry average. But the amounts of workload and responsibility are just insane and unreasonable.

      They say they have 400+ technology experts, holding advanced certifications and embracing forward-thinking perspectives, who help in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

      Cons

      These awful people have no clue how to pay people well. Most employees were stressed, exhausted, and underpaid. As they knew their worth, they left quickly, leading to ridiculously high employee turnover. The people in leadership just avoided the issue and never fixed what was wrong.

      Helpful HR staff eased my experience into CCS and made me very comfortable asking for help. Excellent Coworkers

      Cons

      Pay is quite low especially for a MSP of that size. Weak talent retention Low pay leads to brain drain that could stifle employee quality as years continue.
