      Pros

      Small company, decent benefits. Focus on minorities.

      Cons

      No advancement. Terrible senior management. If you are part of the inner circle or a minority you are OK. Too much top down management which results in bottlenecks and disconnects. Poor salary.

      They are in business with no competition

      Cons

      Sr. Mgt. only promotes to fill quotas, not by capability. If you are LGBTQ you will be OK. The place is run like the Emperor has no Clothes.
