Pros

no pros for the company, only cons

Cons

The company offers very low or almost negligible appraisals, regardless of the effort employees put in. Even after consistently delivering work on time and handling responsibilities seriously, there is little to no appreciation from management. Upper management is poorly aligned with ground-level teams and often does not listen to team leads or employee concerns. This creates frustration and a disconnect between leadership and execution teams. There is also no proper bonus structure or performance-based rewards, which further affects employee motivation and morale.

Pros

There are no pros, if you work here, your life is hell.

Cons

* Toxic internal politics badly affect team morale, collaboration, and employee growth, making it hard for people to focus on their actual work. * Employee concerns are rarely handled properly. Most issues are ignored, sidelined, or redirected without any real resolution. * Mid-level management (QA Leads/Managers) often avoids taking ownership and instead shifts blame onto team members rather than supporting them. * Even upper management is aware of the actual problems, but they still choose to ignore them. This creates a strong feeling that favoritism and bias are openly tolerated. * Constructive feedback is almost nonexistent. Most interactions with management feel critical, discouraging, and unsupportive rather than helpful. * Career growth and recognition are not based on actual performance, causing hardworking employees to feel undervalued and overlooked. * The learning curve for employees keeps going down because there is very little meaningful or innovative work. Most of the time is spent only on version upgrades and maintenance tasks instead of real development and growth. * HR appears to prioritize protecting the company’s image over genuinely understanding or addressing employee concerns and real workplace issues. * Important concerns are not communicated properly or respectfully, which creates unnecessary stress and confusion for employees. * Reaching out to HR over calls or messages is often frustrating, as calls frequently go unanswered and messages are ignored without any follow-up.

Pros

Good people, meaningful product, and interesting data to work with. There’s real potential if things scale.

Cons

Revenue is a core issue and creates ongoing pressure across teams. Priorities shift often, and it can feel reactive rather than strategic.
