      Unlimited PTO, decent health insurance, pays for gym, pays for phone bill, pays for home internet, fully remote, flexible hours

      Cons

      Leadership alignment and organizational clarity could be improved. Frequent shifts in priorities and role expectations, sometimes occurring quarterly, can create confusion and make it challenging for teams to operate efficiently in a fast-changing environment.

      Engineering and product teams are customer-focused and innovate quickly. Great place to dig in and really learn how to do software development for customers. Leaders are honest and transparent about what's going on. They're open to trying different approaches and don't shy away from making hard decisions.

      Cons

      Cross-group collaboration could be stronger. Company has grown very rapidly in the past year so there are lots of new people learning how things work and how to work together.
