Flexible schedule, lots of breaks

Cons

Staff members allowed to verbally assault, and in one instance use physical intimidation on camera and nothing was formally done. A lot of cliche "catty" behavior. Definitely not a safe environment

They lie about pay and take 3 weeks to give you your first check but don’t tell you this at the interview

Hello, we are sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. Dean offers A/B pay rates, so if you elected benefits then your pay would be the A payrate and not the higher B payrate. Also, our pay checks are on a two-week delay, so when you are hired on you do have to wait until the next payroll cycle.
