Hello, we are sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. Dean offers A/B pay rates, so if you elected benefits then your pay would be the A payrate and not the higher B payrate. Also, our pay checks are on a two-week delay, so when you are hired on you do have to wait until the next payroll cycle.
