      It was an absolutely repulsive environment

      Pros

      I would say the only thing keeping this place from being absolute hell is the team members.

      Cons

      Easily the worst job I've ever had. This company runs on drama and fake smiles, with high school level attitudes everywhere. Schedules change constantly, raises get pushed back, and people get demoted or laid off just to save money instead of fixing real problems. Management feeds you stories and then acts shocked when things fall apart a year later. The founder and leadership hide in offices while the rest of us burn out on awful hours. Breaks are a joke and you barely see your family. Nothing is flexible and no one seems to care. Do not take this job for your own sanity.

      Pros

      Lower management cares about team, executives don’t. Coworkers generally good but turnover high. Executives talk up employees being important but it means nothing.

      Cons

      Unreasonable demands on all levels. Cut ppl everywhere, stretch all teams beyond limits. Shows on everyone’s face how miserable they are. They downsize people and pay no severance its sick.
