Pros

Gives giant Christmas bonuses and has catered lunch every Thursday. Ceo is very generous and gives people lots of extras.

Cons

It's very cliquey and if you aren't part of the group it makes it difficult. Supervisors do a lot of do as I say not as I do, with lots of meetings that are actual personal chat sessions and lots of facebooking. Ceo is nice but has on rose colored glasses.

Great company culture and benefits

Pros

- Amazing company culture which really feels like a second family - Great 401k program - Management pays for extensive on-site and off-site professional training - Awesome gym facility - Catered lunches - Transparent leadership in which the CEO embraces an open door policy - Work hard play hard attitude - Incredibly fast growing company - Free books, coffee, and snacks

Cons

- Once a year performance review means you only get once chance every year for a compensation adjustment. If management and you don't see eye to eye you have to wait another whole year before trying to get salary adjusted. This is troublesome for people who work there and I hope management can fix it. - Depending on the position you work the work/life balance can often times weigh heavily on the side of work - As the company has grown larger office politics and red tape have become increasingly common, something which I hope management can fix. - Messy org chart and lack of clearly defined responsibilities at times can often lead to position confusion or burn out

Pros

They try very hard to find people that fit into the culture. This means saying no to some potentially great candidates skill-wise. In the end, though, this makes for a great bunch of people to work with. Many team outings also contribute to an enjoyable environment.

Cons

They like to "get s**t done" quickly, and cling so strong to that idea and the idea of "failing fast" (from agile) that they often don't take a little time to think things through just a tiny bit more, which could have a much better end result. This leads to a lot of rework that could have easily been avoided.
