      Pros

      The culture is amazing. I am valued for who I am, appreciated for my hard work, I've been her 5 years and held many positions during my fully supported Career growth. Absolutely amazing. My co workers are my actual friends and second family.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly belie industry averages across the board. But the perks and education through certifications and other benefits balance it out (literally). Sorry had to type something.
