Cons

Layoffs and strong AI push with many managers discussing how further layoffs may occur due to ai advancements. No promotional growth, poor senior leadership, lots of moving projects.

It's not hard job to keep and do well in (with little effort) if you're smart. average skill level for devs is low - which can allows decent devs to stand out without much effort Pay is really not too bad compared to the wlb and flexibility

Cons

been here for about 3 years and starting to resent the level of quality of the majority of the staff. There are good people here and there but the majority skill/intellect is mid which can be demotivating at times
