      Pros

      Employee discount and benefits are slightly above average.

      Cons

      The pay is sub par and the culture is poisonous to the point that the Ten Welds are only applicable only when it is convenient. Hiring practices only benefit those that come from a majority force (typically Land's End or Cabela's). Anyone else can expect to be left behind in the position they were hired in.

      This company is ruining itself

      Pros

      I loved my store team and in the beginning I loved everything about my job. The culture was the main draw, as it respected the work/life balance and empowered you to take care of the customer.

      Cons

      Upper management has lost all sight of the original company culture. Stores are being stretched WAY too thin. Everyone I am in contact with is beaten down and exhausted. You are ruining good, hard working people.
