      Pros

      I loved my store team and in the beginning I loved everything about my job. The culture was the main draw, as it respected the work/life balance and empowered you to take care of the customer.

      Cons

      Upper management has lost all sight of the original company culture. Stores are being stretched WAY too thin. Everyone I am in contact with is beaten down and exhausted. You are ruining good, hard working people.
