Pros

The product has potential to help people struggling with mental health.

Cons

There is no training program. If you do not come with a rolodex of contacts in the behavioral health space you will not be successful. Feedback is discouraged and looked down upon. Suggestions on how to improve salesforce, that would benefit everybody, are seen as annnoying. Sales leadership cannot edit/create simple salesforce reports and need to ask sales ops for everything.

Pros

This is a special place. We're pursuing a meaningful mission with a great product set and incredible growth potential. Our people are some of the most talented professionals I've ever worked with. Our customers are absolutely amazing. I really appreciate how our founders lead by example and challenge the status quo. The candid and collaborative culture is fulfilling and refreshing compared to some cultures where politics dominate and people don't play for the team to win. The company just had a successful Series B fundraising and has ample runway as well as a strong board/investor base. I've been able to accomplish things here that were not possible in other companies who weren't as forward thinking and agile.

Cons

We are a fully remote culture in the US (where our commercial team operates) and our Product, R&D, Finance and Data Sciences teams sit in Tel Aviv. The culture blend and diversity of talent is awesome but it can be hard to collaborate day-to-day from afar. There's lots of Zoom meetings and Slack channels to compensate for the distance. Those who are easily overwhelmed and aren't comfortable with a fast pace and high expectations (one month can feel like one quarter) likely won't be happy or successful here.

Pros

- Smart product with proven success rate with their customers - Fast-growing customer base - 2 mental health days

Cons

- Lacks ownership and accountability for product and privacy issues. - Lack of knowledge on how to run a sustainable and organized business. They could benefit from a more robust and certified board of biz-op individuals. - HR is not US-based and have a severe lack of knowledge on how to adequately support their US employees, which makes up about 50% of their workforce. 0-1% in D&I. Knowingly demonstrates unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors with employees. - 85-90% burnout rate with minimal rebound. For a behavioral health-focused company, this is concerning.
