A company you can be proud to work for - whether you're in an administrative role or directly interacting with clients you are impacting the life of a child. Company management has big ideas - and they value the input of their employees. Salaries are compeitive within the non-profit market.

Cons

Working day to day with kids and families that have suffered horribly can take it's toll. Not everyone works there for the right reasons.

Employee on employee gossip, hard to get approved for pto, sometimes up to 6 mandatory overtime shifts a month, you don’t get paid out your leftover pto
