Old management and intrests continue to dictate how the place was run without really going to the new aevex standard, money was constantly wasted by this is how we did it mindset by throwing overtime at issues that could be solved with real process planing and minimal equipment investment for techs to accomplish the jobs in a cost and timely manner. True cost analysis does not exist there,causing employees to get laid off instead of over paid under qualified management or planners.
