Pros

AIM makes a concerted effort to keep tabs on their people at the client employer. Regular meetings discuss the contractor work experience we're having, shared in a group setting. Our meetings always include recommendations to improve the client's position and internal governance. My recruiter makes sure to let me know about 401K option, contract changes upcoming and any difficulties I might have that he thinks he could mediate. There are regular lunch and learn meetings to discuss technology. And we are brought up to date about AIM company efforts and initiatives at our end-client employer.

Cons

I have had no bad experiences with AIM.

Pros

- Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

Cons

- Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
